Our method of  FITNESS & SELF-DEFENSE is a new formula of  « endurance, strength and power » to all women. All motions « Stretching, strength, speed, steps, shifting, quiet return »… are assorted of Martial Arts adaptable to all situations of attempted assault close and RAPE. Our method allows the fat loss, firming breasts, abs, the hamstring muscles, strengthening and relief of lower back pain, flexibility, district glutes, all the muscles of the arms…During the lessons at your request, you can try the techniques in real situations by doing « Sparring contactless  » with our Personal Trainer Black Belt in Martial Art. » This will help you increase confidence and self esteem.
